James Wong promoting his new book ’A Year With James Wong’ which the new series to be televised sometimes in March/April 2010 will be based on (I’ll post the date as soon as I know it). My mouth is watering at the thought of the honeysuckle and jasmine jellies for sore throats, ohhh I can feel a permanent one coming on lol! I’ll be reviewing the book soon for the Herb Society and will post my review here.
Updated to say: The book just landed on my doormat this morning, so I’ll have a read, test a few recipes and sort a review out very soon. Sooooo excited, the honeysuckle and jasmine jellies use orange blossom honey, when I make my honeysuckle honey, I always use orange blossom honey as the base, so I’ll have extra honeysuckle goodness going into mine
